Sarah Thompson is a dedicated Pilates instructor who is passionate about helping clients improve their core strength and flexibility. With a background in dance and fitness, Sarah brings a unique perspective to her classes, focusing on alignment and breath awareness.
3. Javier Rodriguez – Tai Chi Master
Javier Rodriguez is a Tai Chi master with a deep understanding of martial arts and energy flow. He leads our Tai Chi sessions, guiding students through gentle movements that promote relaxation, balance, and harmony within the body and mind.
